About Arrow Project Solutions

Our owners have over 50 combined years of experience within the construction, estimating and project controls industry. The APS estimating team has performed work over the continental US on many project types ranging from aeronautics, automotive, process and industrial, manufacturing, assembly, production, pulp & paper, chemical, fossil fuels, nuclear, and aviation.
Services
Arrow Project Solutions offers a full suite of project controls capabilities. This includes estimating, scheduling, cost risk, change management, as well as CAD/3D modeling technology.
Estimating
Arrow Project Solutions will accurately calculate all of the required costs for your construction project, including direct costs (e.g. materials and worker wages) and indirect costs (e.g. equipment depreciation and office worker salaries).
Scheduling
Arrow Project Solutions will determine a project's milestones, activities, and deliverables. Dependencies and resources are defined for each task, then start and finish dates are estimated from the resource allocation, budget, task duration, and scheduled events.
CAD/3D Modeling
Arrow Project Solutions will use the client's BIM 3D models to determine a project's viability and to help with material takeoff. APS can also fully design CAD files for a client's project.
