Background
Our owners have over 50 combined years of experience within the construction, estimating and project controls industry. The APS estimating team has performed work over the continental US on many project types ranging from aeronautics, automotive, process and industrial, manufacturing, assembly, production, pulp & paper, chemical, fossil, nuclear, and aviation.

Resources
​Resource DATA: We utilize WinEst Estimating Software, OST (On Screen Takeoff), National and Historical Published (Material/Labor). Our estimators have an extensive knowledge and network of vendor resources and subcontractor associates in various specialized fields for all disciplines and crafts.

Client Interface & Commitment
Thorough communication with the client’s resources allows us to provided positive feedback and cost-effective estimates and reports. APS Project Control and estimating tools such as Procore, WinEst, and SharePoint allows us to work with various sizes of data and information and allows us to securely save, store, and manage the client’s documents.
With constant interaction, and with an understanding of our client's requests and needs we can develop and build our estimates to suit their pricing and WBS structure, and to allow flexibility with generated reports. Our estimators understand the need to control sensitive data and we fulfill our clients request to safeguard sensitive project information.
Our estimators will assist the client with proven base historical knowledge and value engineering to construct estimates that deliver the level of detail required and a cost that is accurate and precise.

Capabilities
APS estimators can use years of knowledge and experience to develop and build catered estimates based on the client’s needs and WBS. Whether it is a detailed estimate takeoff or if the design is still preliminary and incomplete, we have the resources to apply historical data and current material and labor units to generate an accurate estimate to track cost and the clients schedule milestones.
Our estimators can leverage resources to build accurate labor rates for the craft and staff required on the project. These established rates will be based on the geographical location, the understanding of the labor pool and ratio of craft to staff and the local city and state regulations and burdens required.
